General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope and Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between My-Disclose.com ("we" or "us") and our customers ("you") when you use our online portal www.My-Disclose.com. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any conflicting terms and conditions on the part of the customer do not apply.

§ 2 Our offer

We offer a digital self-certification service that allows customers to access publicly available information about their financial situation. Our reports do not contain data from the commercial register, but help to demonstrate financial reliability to landlords, employers and other parties.

§ 3 Account activation & activation fee

Your account will be activated immediately and a monthly charge of €89.90 will be made over the next three months. The contract will end after these three months.

• This fee covers account setup, verification and access to the platform.
• You must provide correct and complete information during activation.
• As soon as your data has been verified, we will confirm activation by email.
• The activation fee is non-refundable.

Your initial purchase will provide you with 3 days of access. You may cancel your membership at any time. If you choose not to cancel, you will be charged 89.90 for your monthly access. You agree to a 3-month membership and will need to renew to continue access after this 3 month period.

§ 4 Service prices and usage fees

After activation, you can purchase individual reports at the prices indicated on our website:

§ 5 How the contract is concluded

The contract is concluded when you place your first order on www.My-Disclose.com and receive an email confirmation from us.

Your contract with us is established when you place your first order on www.My-Disclose.com and receive an email confirmation from us. Once your purchase is processed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the key details of your subscription, including a reference to the terms of service, a description of the included services, the subscription duration, the billing amount with payment dates for both the initial charge and any future renewals, as well as clear instructions on how to cancel if needed.

§ 6 Service availability

The availability of our services cannot be guaranteed 100%. However, My-Disclose.com endeavors to keep the portal www.My-Disclose.com available as consistently as possible.

§ 7 Payments & Delivery

Payment of the usage fee will be made within [number] days of invoicing by bank transfer to the specified account. The Services will be delivered exclusively in digital form by email to the email address provided by the Customer.

§ 8 Payment & Delivery

The customer receives a non-exclusive, unlimited right to use the downloaded or accessed content for his or her own, non-commercial purposes. The copyright remains with the respective rights holders.

§ 9 Limitation of Liability

The liability of My-Disclose.com is limited to intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable if essential contractual obligations are violated and limited to the damage that is typical for the contract and foreseeable.

§ 9 Liability & Data Protection

The liability of My-Disclose.com is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. In instances of minor negligence, liability applies only if essential contractual obligations are breached, and even then, it is restricted to foreseeable and contract-typical damages. We are committed to handling your data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable regulations. § 11 Final Provisions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. The customer will be informed of the changed terms and conditions in a timely manner by email. The customer has the right to object to the changed terms and conditions within a period of 4 weeks after receiving the notification. Otherwise, the changed terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted.

§ 10 Changes to Service Policies

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. If any changes are made, we will notify customers by email in advance. Customers have 4 weeks from the date of notification to raise any objections. If no objection is made within this period, the updated terms will be considered accepted.

Hungarian German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
