Cancellation and Refund Policy
We offer high-quality services specifically tailored to the needs of businesses. To ensure a transparent understanding of our policies, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following cancellation and refund conditions.
1. Scope and Exclusion of Withdrawal
Our services are exclusively aimed at businesses and professionals in accordance with the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Hungarian Civil Code. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for consumers.
2. Consent to Commencement of Services
By placing an order, customers confirm that they are acting as a business and expressly agree that the provision of services may begin immediately. Once the service has started or been completed, cancellation or refund is generally excluded.
3. Non-Cancellable Services
The following services are not eligible for cancellation or refund after commencement or provision:
- Fully Provided Services - Cancellation is excluded after the service has been fully provided.
- Digital Content - No refund is possible after accessing or downloading digital products.
- Customized Services - For tailored services, cancellation is not possible after the start of production.
4. Cancellation and Refund Requests
In exceptional cases, a cancellation may be considered if:
- The request is submitted in writing within three (3) days of the contract conclusion.
- The decision on cancellation is at the company's discretion, taking into account services already provided.
- If approved, a processing fee of up to 50% of the agreed price may apply.
5. Processing Time for Refunds
If a refund is approved, payment will be processed within 14 working days after the review is completed. Requests are handled in the order they are received.
6. Procedure for Cancellation Requests
For proper processing, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to service@My-Disclose.com. Please note that telephone requests cannot be considered.
7. Supplementary Provisions
For services that have not been fully provided shortly after the contract conclusion and where the customer submits a written review request within three (3) days of the contract conclusion, a decision may be made on a case-by-case basis. This applies only to cases where the main service has demonstrably not yet begun. The decision to approve is at the sole discretion of the service provider.
8. Contract Termination
If you wish to terminate your contract, please log into your account. Click on "Account" in the top right corner, then on "Invoices." You can confirm the termination via the "Cancel Contract" button.
These cancellation and refund conditions are governed by Hungarian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
By using our services, you acknowledge these conditions as binding.
